In grade 8, chemistry introduces basic concepts on states of matter, how substances interact, or sometimes even studying the periodic table. Students mostly learn about atomic structure, elements, compounds, mixtures, and the states of matter (solid, liquid, and gas). The key concepts of chemistry also includes reactions of chemical/physical changes, measuring and observing from laboratories, and density.

In grades 9 and 10, more specification are put into what is focused on. The students are usually introduced to topics such as mass and problem solving equations. The key concepts of the unit chemistry of science is reviewing the periodic table by accomplishing many assignments, reactions, chemical attractions and detracting, and furthermore. These help for developing skills for future careers while working on problem solving skills.

CONCLUSION
Overall, the unit chemistry builds on progressively from all grades of high school 8 to 12, starting with just the basics of concepts and how everything works, to more complex work. To put it differently, this gives students the benefit to gain strong foundation that can later be used for the future while learning to analyze results, coming up with predictions, and using it during our day to day lives.

The letter ‘J’ in the alphabet is the only one that is not found yet on the periodic table.

Finally in grades 11 and 12, chemistry becomes more advanced. Students study topics including thermochemistry (heat absorbance), stoichiometry (relationships between quantity) and more additional topics. For chemistry in these higher grades, it becomes a lot more technical having to involve mathematics into science. With all these studies, these courses students with critical thinking skills, precision, and overall preparedness for any possible future careers.
