Additional Info On Social Studies

Social Studies 9 at R.C. Palmer teaches you about early Canadian history, colonialism, Indigenous Peoples, and geography. You learn through reading, group work, and projects.

There are two versions:

  • Regular: Follows the normal curriculum.

  • Incentive: For motivated students who want more challenges, deeper learning, and extra projects.

You learn important skills like asking questions, thinking deeply, working in groups, and writing clearly.

Social Studies helps you understand the world and become a better thinker and citizen.
